What I appreciate most is how he tailors the program and weekly training schedule specifically for my needs. It's been 4 months since I have been in this gym. The coach are very kind, patient, funny and, they are very talkative with their client to try and get to know them better. The coach knows what they are doing. Suggesting what to do and what to do. I have lost 10kg of fat and gain some muscles thanks to coach Jack!!! The coach makes training fun instead of being boring.
