On Saturday, July 19th<\/strong>, SOFIT once again brought our community together for a memorable hiking event at Setia Eco Park<\/strong>. From 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM<\/strong>, the trail came alive with the energy and excitement of our participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were proud to welcome 44 hikers<\/strong> \u2014 men and women, young and old \u2014 all sharing the same passion for health, movement, and connection. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm as we walked side by side, encouraging one another and enjoying the beauty of nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the highlights of the morning was the spirit of gratitude and togetherness<\/strong>. Participants expressed their appreciation not only for the experience but also for the thoughtful post-hike refreshments. Our coaches prepared bananas and protein shakes<\/strong>, giving everyone a well-deserved boost after the climb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At SOFIT, we believe that fitness is more than just training in the gym \u2014 it\u2019s about building a lifestyle and a community<\/strong>. Seeing so many happy faces, families, and friends coming together to stay active reminds us why we do what we do.
