From <strong>7:00 AM to 9:30 AM<\/strong>, the vibrant atmosphere was filled with laughter, motivation, and the sound of sneakers hitting the pavement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We were thrilled to welcome <strong>27 participants<\/strong> who showed up with incredible energy and enthusiasm. The morning began with a guided <strong>warm-up session<\/strong>, ensuring everyone was ready to hit the track safely and with full spirit. Soon after, we kicked off the run \u2014 a chance not only to challenge our endurance but also to enjoy the scenic environment and support one another along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What made this event truly special was the <strong>sense of community<\/strong>. It wasn\u2019t just about running; it was about <strong>encouraging and working together for health<\/strong>. The smiles and cheers at the finish line reflected what SOFIT stands for \u2014 fitness with heart, and progress built together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At SOFIT, we believe that fitness goes beyond the walls of the gym. Events like this remind us that staying active can be fun, social, and deeply rewarding.
